Upstream along the Exe

After a false start yesterday — I was just leaving when I got a panickly call from with the news that she'd forgotten her PE kit — we had a far more successful run this evening. Instead of going down stream, we went upstream towards Exwick, turning back when we ran out path, finishing up with a last loop around the river basin. Not all that far and not all that quick — in our defence we were route-finding — but it was a lovely way to spend the evening and good training for R ahead of her 10K on Sunday.
