Thirty-fifth parkrun

Modestly respectable time of 20:13 this morning. I'm not too unhappy. It was windy, I'd intended to take things rather gently, and there didn't seem to be a countdown to the starting whistle so I was somewhat taken by surprise. No sign of M this morning — she missed last week with a chest infection and I suspect she still wasn't feeling well enough today, but fingers crossed for next week...
