Dressing down, dressing up

For the record, I did wear shorts to work. And espadrilles. It was either esps or sandals — no way was I going to wear chunky bovver boots in this weather — but I thought that sandals might be pushing unprofessional attire a bit far, even for me.

The result? Not only the avoidance of chronic meltage, but also a strange feeling of summery, holiday-ish, positiviness. I definitely made the right choice.
