In what distant deeps or skies...
May. 30th, 2005 11:41 amI picked a copy of Joss Whedon's Firefly on DVD the other day, cuz I'd heard good things about it and HMV had it like seriously discounted.
Actually, I'd gone out with the total intension of buying Brass Man in hardback, even though I haven't like finished the Steph Swainston novel I'm currently reading (because the cover is white and I don't want it to get super scummy from my rucksack, I've been totally forced to chew on a Keats anthology on the bus in the mornings). Well, it turned out that both were like the same price - an totally eye watering 18 quid - so I went with the TV series instead and although I've only like watched a couple of episodes, it's been super cool so far.
