Losing my voice

I don't know what it is about my workplace, but it seems to give me laryngitis. First thing in the morning I sound fine, then as the day goes on I get croakier and croakier, and by the end I can barely talk. Strangely, I don't suffer from the same thing at weekends or when I work from home. I suspect the over-dry atmosphere may be to blame.
