Took an impressive spill this morning. I was heading down Trews Weir hill when I tripped and, after a few seconds of windmilling my arms in best cartoon fashion, landed smack down on the road and skidded for a couple of yards before stopping. Lucky, I seem to have got off pretty lightly: I've sliced up my left palm, the back of my right hand, my right elbow, my right knee, scrapped my right hip and a few ribs, but I haven't broken anything and managed to avoid hitting my head, so think I can count myself fortunate...
