Advanced limbological studies

In a shocking break from tradition — I'm don't normally get done with my shopping until 4pm on Christmas Eve — I've not only bought all my presents, but I've also finished wrapped everything up. This attack of unexpected efficiency has left me in a state of limbo, dying of boredom, trying to find creative ways to avoid my filial duties, blogging, listening to Bach, reading the first chapters of Blindness, fussing over the cat, stuff like that.

A lapse into heresy?

Looks like I'm doctrinally out of date: Pope Benedict XVI is in favour of dropping limbo. I'll go off and catechize immediately.
