Losing my balance

Messing around with my working time spreadsheet for last year, I discovered an error in one of the formulae had resulted in an under-calculation: instead of clocking up two extra weeks of work last year, I'd actually accumulated three and a half. So much for last year's resolution to improve my work/life balance.
