Jun. 30th, 2009 09:58 pmOur love-in with the IBM support centre people wasn't nearly as bad as I'd feared, if only because we finished hours ahead of schedule despite padding things out with a tour around the computer rooms. Plus, all the support people were nice as pie and we even got a free lunch thrown in — although given that the veggie part consisted almost exclusively of artery-hardening cheese and mayonaise heavy sarnies, I'm not sure it should be counted as a win...
