Yet another power crisis

A less than stellar day, with the first part spent picking up the pieces of a particularly nasty LoadLeveler problem and the rest lost to system recovery after yet another power dip — the second in a week — caused by load shifting after the detonation of a transformer in Newton Abbot. Ironically, the problem only occurred because work to move the system over to the UPS had been delayed to allow the scheduling problems to be addressed!
