Rooibos tea is quite my favourite tisane, especially when served with a soy to bring out that amazing atomic Ready Brek glow. So imagine my joy when I learned, via Boing Boing, of the possibility of red espresso. I now feel an almost overwhelming desire to go out and buy a complicated espresso machine just so that I can see what it's like.
