Progress catchup: arrival in Rivendell

As intended, I managed to complete my distance this morning, despite a minor delay caused by inability to find my contact lenses — after a couple of minutes of searchign, I finally realised that I'd forgotten to take them out last night and they were still in my eyes. Once I'd given things a quick clean, I went out and managed the required distance with ease, putting me in Rivendell in time for an elven — and hopefully veggie — breakfast.

Reviewing my stats, it looks as though it's taken me 87 days to complete the 458 miles from Bag End to Rivendell; and of that distance, I've run 354 miles and swum 107. Not bad going. Now all I have to do is keep it up for another 462 miles and I'll be in Lothlórien.
