sawylDavid Blunkett's take on the Quick Affair on PM? That the whole thing was clearly the fault of the photographer who took the picture because who, besides a cand a bounder, would have had the temerity to snap a chap while his secret papers concerning the security of the realm were hanging out. I mean. It just isn't done. It just isn't British.
