Via the News Quiz, this delightful error by a newsreader on Radio Five:

There has been widespread condemnation of North Yorkshire's decision to carry out an underground nuclear test. The UN secretary general, Ban Ki-Moon, has said he is extremely worried.

Sandy Toksvig's response? "And that would be why most of us listen to Radio 4..."
