Having brought series 1 with me, I've now successfully recruited my parents to the cult of Criminal Minds. Mater was hooked from the very start — she's a complete sucker for crime and catastrophe shows — while pater, who initially affecting a rather scornful attitude, was completely won round by the end of the first episode.
