Annual review mixup

I've commit a minor faux pas: I failed to complete my annual appraisal form in time for yesterday's performance review meeting after I managed to mix up the dates. Luckily, I had a good excuse — we've had a horribly busy week, thanks to a series of unfortunate crises — and I was able to open the meeting by noting my (normally) extreme levels of both efficiency and productivity. I've still got to do the paperwork — notionally it counts towards my possibility of getting a bonus, but since the bonuses are to all practical purposes unobtainably, I don't plan on investing a great deal of time and effort when I've got better, more interesting, and more productive things to do.
