Time for a rest day

sawylTired from a couple of days of biking and running, I've opted to make today a rest day. I realise it's stupid, given that the weather forecast for tomorrow is horribly, but the biology doesn't seem to want to do anything other than sleep and rebuild its reserves today and I can't really seem to argue with it.
