Dodging the travel chaos

sawylListening to the news of growing transport chaos in the West Country, I'm glad I decided to travel yesterday. Had I left it until today, I'd have been stuck in Exeter on the wrong side of the expected floods at Cowley Bridge until goodness knows when.
