Strange and interesting contortions

Queen's birthday holiday today — I switched it to cover yesterday — so I met up with L&R at the quay. They'd both done the climb-fit class beforehand and were pretty tired, so I ended up doing far more climbing than belaying. We generally stuck to easy stuff — in the 5 range — although I attempted and failed to finish a few 6s, including a particularly interesting one with a strange, horizontal starting position...

ETA: Despite my best efforts, the others weren't terribly impressed with my attempts to offer helpful advice. For example on one route, L wasn't sure where to go next and called down for a spot of advice. My less than useful suggestion? "You probably want to go up..." I definitely need to get a t-shirt with that on.
