Failing and failing better...

We did the first few bouldering problems from the next round of the league and did a bunch of routes, during which I managed to ping the muscle that I pinged a couple of weeks ago. Not as badly — I've just over extended it slightly — but it's still slightly annoying. But maybe it's a blessing in disguise: I could probably do with taking it easy for a few more days and if this gives me an excuse to recover, then it's not necessarily a bad thing.
