Running: good and bad

I really noticed them this morning when I stood on my toes after my run to stretch everything out, only to experience the disturbing sensation of the skin bagging out as I flexed my feet. And as if that wasn't bad enough the nagging pains coming from a couple of my toes make me suspect that a couple of my toenails are preparing to detach themselves. Time, I think, to find myself a pair of running shoes with a slightly better fit.
