Climbing at White Spider

sawylAfter breakfast H & I went off to meet T&N, so that I could tag along on their weekly trip to White Spider. After climbing a bunch of top-rope routes — include a couple that needed a spot of mantling — we switched to doing a load of bouldering — although I declined to do the long roof problem, despite N's goading!
We then headed off for lunch the local Korean place, where the dolsot bibimbap was absolutely fantastic and where H & T managed to clean them out of chilli sauce. After picking up groceries from Korea Foods, we returned to Wimbledon where N marinaded and fried up meat and tofu for supper, which we had along with rice and a few bits and pieces left over from the day before. Yum!
ETA: Just after supper, I received a text from R asking me whether I'd got her email and telling me that she was OK. I was a bit worried — I hadn't heard from her since Friday but I knew she was visiting a friend, so I assumed that she had better things to do — so I said I hadn't seen the mail because I was away from home and asked what was wrong and whether she could summarise it.
While I was frantically typing away, J wandered over to see what I was doing. With eyes like saucers she looked at my phone and said, with the innocence of a 3 year-old, "Wow! Your phone's got buttons!" Forcing me to explain that the only reason it had buttons was because it was old and not very advanced...
