Lunchtime trip to the pub to mark the end of Martyn's contract and the start of work on various vendor benchmarks. There was a decent enough showing, despite the characteristically eccentric list of invitees — I was asked but most of the rest of our group weren't — but it felt rather like we were witnessing the beginning of the end of the current system.
