Seventh parkrun

Better than last week despite yesterday's bouldering session finishing in 20:43; a solid final run in my current age category. The weather wasn't outstanding but at least it was dry and the wind was from the west rather that the north, limiting exposure to a couple of relatively short section of the course.

In other news L cracked a new PB and M did better than last week — not only did she finish over a minute faster than last week but she did so despite stopping to take off her ankle support midway round!
