Way to wield the knife

It's something of a dark day for poor old SGI: the new CEO has just sacked 12 percent of the workforce in one of their trademarked Friday firings. Not all that surprising, given their appalling financial sitch, but still gloom inducing. I wonder how many of the UK gang, old friends and sparing partners from better days, are going to be affected?
