Forty-first parkrun

Having re-arranged my schedule to move my rest day to Friday, today's run felt much easier than it has in a long time and I finished in 20:18; good enough to put me first in my age group. Still not feeling 100 per cent after her cold, D had a less than wonderful run but she still finished in a perfectly respectable time. None of the others were running today, so I got scanned early, and got home by ten o'clock.
