Eighty-eighth parkrun

sawylDespite not getting a particularly good time — 20:53 — thanks, largely, to a slow start and very gentle first kilometre, the rest of the run was very quick indeed and I was able to pull a lot back. Conditions were quite good and we were lucky enough to have C with us for his first parkrun.
Afterwards, A & I adjourned to D's for tea and conversation and for me to spend spent some quality time being climbed all over by Dasher. As A said at one point, Dash really is much to large to sit on my lap but that doesn't stop her trying; not least because it puts her in a perfect position to chew my ears!
