Science and literature
Apr. 2nd, 2006 10:59 pmAn interesting piece in yesterday's Guardian by Ian McEwan on scientific writing. Question is, how many of his classic works of scientific literature have you read? For the record, I think I score a zero: I've read bits and pieces of the Selfish Gene over the last few years and a couple of bits of the Francis Bacon, but I don't think I've read either of them in their entirety.
