Signs of the future

So, the future is a dangerous place, everyone knows that. So how come none of the hazardous places in Star Trek — your transporters, warp drives, subspace anomalies, whatever — have warning signs on them? Maybe it's because no-one has bothered to think about what danger signs of the future would look like. Fortunately, we need wait no longer. The future is here. The future is, well, not so much bright as harmful and malevolent.
