According to yesterday's Guardian, someone bought a boat shed in Salcombe for 402,000 pounds. Yikes. At those sort of prices, it'd probably be cheaper to get your yawl freighted to sunnier climes — Australia, perhaps — than to over-winter it in Salcombe shed...
