How, exactly, do you manage to cram dead animal parts into a chocolate bar? And, more importantly, why on earth would you want to? God only knows, but somehow the people at Mars have managed it.

Surely he means "If the customer is any kind of vegetarian at all, then our products are no longer suitable, though people who call themselves vegetarians, but in fact aren't really should enjoy our chocolate"

Perhaps they're trying to appeal to the sorts of people who claims to be vegetarian, despite eating both chicken and fish...
