General lossage

In a fit of Panglossian optimism this morning, I was sure that today was going to be a good a day. How wrong I was.

Today's lossage has included:

• Being told to do something, only to have the request cancelled as soon as I've done it.
  
• Being asked exactly the same question as yesterday by exactly the same person.
  
• Asking for the work to be stopped, only for the machine o be rebooted instead.
  
• After being told not to fill in change tickets for temporary stuff on Friday, getting an email complaining lack of documentation on temporary changes...
  
• Not having any decent documentation on anything.
  
• Not having time to go for a coffee.
  

Of these, the last is most definitely the worst. On the other hand, it should also be the easiest problem to fix...
