Comedic expectations

I was very much amused by Radio 4's Dickensian comedy, Bleak Expectations. As is the way of such things, young Pip Bin's evil guardian Gently Benevolent — played by Anthony Head, no less — decides to send him to board at St Bastard's, a school which routinely kills its pupils once they reach the age of 18. Very, very funny stuff.
