Almost by accident, I've ended up with two new pairs of glasses instead of one. The first pair is extremely wispy and minimal, whilst the second is rather more emphatic and makes me uncommonly like my pater, but both are really rather good. Much as I'd like to, I can't take credit for any of this. Kudos must go to the woman at Boots who not only helped pick them out me, but who also put up with my being a total flirt.

In other news, both my the minor running injury I picked up a couple of weeks ago and the shoulder problem that has plagued me for the last few months have cleared up. I feel almost healthy.
