Damaged

I've finally plucked up the courage to inspect my ankle and, sure enough, it's infected. Which rather goes to explain the pain and the limp. But things don't look amputation grade icky, so I'm hopeful that, if do a clean and patch and forsake footwear that exacerbates it, I might be able to get away without having to see a professional about it.
