Not quite as hectic as The Stolen Earth, but only because of the extremely cheesy deus ex machina used to sort out the daleks. Seriously, if they were quite as riddled with remotely exploitable flaws as they seemed to be in this episode, it's unlikely that daleks would have ever worried anyone with access to a radio transmitter and a little bit of Bourne shell...
