A surprisingly nice lunch

A few months ago, I had an absolutely wonderful risotto that stands comparison to the best that I've had and just today, I lunched on a very good celeriac gratin. It had just the right balance of celeriac and potato, a good creamy sauce and just a touch of dill to complement the flavour of the celeriac in a way that cut through the potential heaviness of the sauce.
A very pleasant surprise.
