A day of sterling efficiency

I've had a virtupitudinous day. I managed to fit in substantial amounts of both running and swimming; I finished up my security paper; I prepped the slides for my part of Friday's presentation; had a bunch of useful meetings with my colleagues; and generally got lots done. Which means I'll probably get asked to do twice as much tomorrow.
