The send/don't send dilemma

This is fascinating: a tool from Google to stop the very tired, very drunk or very innumerate from sending emails they might later regret. However, I foresee various problems. How, for example, do the math questions prevent someone with, say, a calculator, from sending a message? And what about the people who've worked out on Brain Age whilst tired and emotional?
