Down the rabbit hole

While chaperoning someone round the computer room, one of my colleagues fell through a hole in the raised floor into the void beneath, inflicting enough damage on themselves to require a trip to A&E to be stitched up and falling with enough force to bend the tray work underneath. And all because someone had failed to rope the hole off when they lifted the tile.

Not good.

I suspect you've missed your opportunity. I imagine that the result of this incident will be a general restriction on access to the computer rooms without paperwork in triplicate...
