Cooking with gas

We've been running the numbers recently, trying to work out the rate of temperature rise in an uncooled computer room. After a mains failure today caused all the chillers to trip out, we finally got to test the maths and fortunately, the HC's calculated ΔT of 6 degrees per minute proved to be unfounded. No bad thing really - if he'd been on the money, our expensive iron would have cooked itself in the time it took to work out that the pumps had failed.
