Seriously cold running

Ferociously cold this morning. So much so, that it took me two attempts to persuade myself to go out running. But despite the sub-zero temperatures, I eventually screwed up my courage and made it to the park. The initial warm-up was seriously unpleasant but, once I finally got going, it wasn't too bad — at least the ice hadn't melted enough to get my feet wet...
