Turtles and vomiting

My nephew and I had a fun time playing with the python turtle graphics routines. We generated a few simple shapes based on some basic bits of geometry that he'd picked up in school and then we messed around with some fractal routines that I'd written, gradually increasing the iteration counts to see what effect they had. And so we spent a happy few hours until we I was called away to cook supper. I don't think the boy's going to turn out to be a geek, but at least he was trying.

Everyone seemed to appreciate my cooking, although I thought the results were modest at best. My sister liked it so much she had two helpings, despite her current inability to eat anything whatsover — sure enough, half an hour later, she was throwing it all back up again. I just hope it was worth the risk.
