In which a rest day is declared

I have discovered in the most unpleasant way possible, that being optimised for prolonged periods of extended cardio-vascular exercise, I am almost completely incapable of carrying heavy loads. Suffering from serious muscle aches, I've declared today a rest day and the only form of exercise I plan to do is read. Thank goodness I finished Peter F Hamilton's Evolutionary Void yesterday. I don't think I'd be able to lift it today...
