More marmalade
Jan. 25th, 2011 10:47 pmI've now made a second, bigger batch of marmalade using the Seville oranges I picked up at the weekend. This time I used a more conventional mix of sugars to give a lighter colour and I also tuned the boiling time to give it a slightly softer set than the first lot. Which means I've now got 9 huge jars of the stuff — enough to see me through until next year.
