JJ teases Reid about Lila Archer and Reid puts everyone off with a whole load of expositionary babble about Renfield's Syndrome. CoTW is a recall: Lt Kim from Somebody's Watching. Dante, man, I hate to tell you this, but a chopper full of dry ice is so not safe. MySpace? What is this? 2006? "I'll call the sexiest hacker on the planet!" You go Em. Dante has ennui and hits on a waitress, offering her a whole pocketfull of drugs. Just say no server girl!
There is no way that Reid, the guy who cracked the backstory in Third Life, hasn't read Twilight. JJ leaves before Reid gives the profile, which is a shame because Spence has drawn actual tickboxes on the whiteboard. "Someone out there already knows this UNSUB is very very sick" Dante's manager is far more clued in than Jonny McHale's. Dante AKA Paul Davies doesn't match the profile and the waitress girl's car is actually pretty nice. Prentiss flirts with Davies, playing it just the right side of unconvincing for him to realise that it's a ploy. Davies really needs to read The Cretan Bull. "Dr Reid here!" Reid giant brain has yet to grasp caller ID. Oh JJ, I know you missed the profile but surely Gina's place is enough to set your spider senses tingling? No? Oh dear. This isn't going to end well.
And suddenly it ends well and all is happiness. How unexpected.
