Fun at the Food Festival

A gaggle of us spent the day mooching around the Exeter Food Festival and generally avoiding the worst of the Royal Wedding — the festival had a hypnotic giant screen relaying Huw Edwards' tedious platitudes from Buck House, but at least we managed to avoid the main ceremony. A good time was had by all, much food was bought and we watched Neil Haydock prepare various some seafood — not really my thing, but I was extremely impressed by the way he casually combined aioli and stock to make a sauce.
