Here be dragons

Nice day spent down at the quay watching the dragon boat racing and supporting F's charity team. I hadn't planned to participate but, after a series of sudden desertions before the last race, I found myself drafted to even up the numbers. Not only was it more fun than I anticipated, but we finished well ahead of the opposition. Excelsior!

The price of all this? A headache from the glare and, thanks to my rather lackadaisical application of sunblock, a somewhat sunburnt forehead.
