sawylThings have been more than slightly difficult and demanding recently: long hours, insufficiently planned out bits of work, inadequate tools, buggy software, significant overruns, and serious levels of exhaustion. Fortunately it looks like I've managed to complete everything in time ahead of the Easter deadline, giving me a couple of weeks to catch up and start to return to normal.
And the week hasn't been entirely without compensations: I've managed to catch up on some DVDs that Dr S lent me a month and more ago; I've managed to fit in a couple of evening bike rides thanks to the shift to daylight saving time; and I've even managed to complete my second ever Araucaria which, following on from last Friday's succcess with Tramp, leaves me flushed with triumph...
