Thanks to the efficiencies of Amazon, I'm once again equipped with a Kindle, this time a Touch to replace my vanished keyboard model. I'm particularly pleased because I'd been expecting it to arrive at the end of the week — I didn't pay for rapid delivery — and yet it arrived today. So much for doing any ITIL revsion for tomorrow's exam...
